Teaching is a radiance that shows the mankind the right way to precipitate forward. The design of teaching must make the student more rational thinking, knowledgeable and competence. Importance of effective teacher research on effective teaching has visibly shown that effective teachers openly teach students what they want to know. This article is based on primary data collected from MBA students in India. The primary objective of this research paper is to analyse the performance of effective and ineffective teachers. This research respondents are selected based on convenience sampling, and the study was carried on a sample of 50 MBA students in India and questionnaire were used for data collection.Keywords

In developing countries, small scale industries and cottage industries are important for increasing employment opportunities, equal distribution of income, to increase standard of living, developing rural and semi-urban areas. Silver manufacturing units plays a major role in creating employment opportunities for the people especially women. Silverware products and ornaments made in India has a significant export market and also popular throughout the country. Silverware manufacturing units faced problems related to operational patterns and exporting the products. This study focuses on such problems and suggests effective remedies for the welfare of the industry.Keywords
